We meet regularly on Wednesdays from 8-10pm in the Colne Engaine Village Hall.
Everyone in the group is encouraged to suggest plays and scripts for consideration and also encouraged to try a wide variety of roles, both on-stage and as part of the crew.
Our performance process begins with a script read-through together, auditions, cast and crew assignments and then rehearsals.
As performance days get closer we often hire out the hall for additional rehearsals at weekends and on weeknights.
Actors who are working closely together may get together in their own homes to practice lines and dialogue together.
It may be hard work but it’s always a lot of fun!
